VueNow To Develop 40 Edge Facilities Across Bihar, India

VueNow has revealed that it plans to develop multiple Edge data centers across Bihar, India. According to Business Standard, Bihar’s IT department received a proposal from VueNow about an investment plan to develop data centers across the state. This investment is worth Rs817 crore ($107m). According to an official statement, the company wants to develop a 100-rack, 1.2MW data center in Patna as the top hub. It also plans to develop four other data centers in Buxar, Bhagalpur, Dharbhanga, and Purnea. This development’s first phase will have a total capacity of 2.4MW.

Reports have it that VueNow could develop up to 40 Edge facilities in Bihar. The second phase of the development plan includes developing 10 Edge data centers, two hub locations, and up to 24 Edge data centers in the third phase. 

There are 304 data centers in India / Bhārata.
