The GSA05 project is a major hyperscale expansion by the joint venture of Gulf, Singtel, and AIS, representing a $1.2 billion (37.2 billion THB) investment approved by the Thailand Board of Investment in January 2026. This project consists of two strategic sites in Rayong (WHA Eastern Seaboard Industrial Estate 5) and Samut Prakan (Bang Phli). Specifically designed to be "AI-ready," the campus will feature high-density power and specialized liquid cooling systems to support GPU-intensive workloads and cloud regions for global hyperscalers.
