The previously proposed €40 million expansion by Spanish operator Nixval in Valencia is no longer being pursued. The ambitious project, which aimed to transform a historic 1917 building into a five-story headquarters, would have added an 8MW data center featuring liquid immersion cooling across five specialized halls. While the proposal originally sought to introduce 5,132 square meters of high-density colocation space to the region, the company has officially shelved these plans, opting instead to maintain its existing operations in the Vara de Quart industrial area.
