Overwatch Capital and Japanese energy leader Idemitsu have launched a strategic partnership to develop 1 GW of data center capacity across the United States. A cornerstone of this initiative is Resilience ATL, a Tier III hardened powered shell located in Columbus, Georgia.

This ±288,000 sq ft Tier III hardened powered shell is engineered to support mission-critical, high-density compute environments serving the Atlanta, GA Metropolitan Statistical area.
