Thylander, a Danish real estate firm, is building a "fully Danish developed, operated, and owned hyperscale data center" on Denmark's west coast, with the initial phase in Esbjerg set to launch in 2026. This project, a collaboration with energy investor Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners (CIP), is designed with sustainability in mind.
