Newly-formed data center company, BluSky AI Inc., has secured a ground lease and a power agreement for its inaugural facility in Utah.

BluSky AI was founded in 2007 and was previously known as Inception Mining. The firm was focused on precious metals, including gold, but recently pivoted after divesting one of its mines in Honduras.

BluSky AI has signed a letter of intent to acquire 25 acres of land in Utah for a new data center.
BluSky AI Inc. has signed a non-binding Letter of Intent (LOI) to lease approximately 16,000 square feet (1,485 sqm) of land in Juab County from TNT Land and Holdings LLC.
The modular data center operator, BluSky AI, has secured land for its seventh data center project, a new facility located in Mulhall, Oklahoma.
