Overview:
Edgnex Data Centers by DAMAC is a privately held digital infrastructure platform owned by DAMAC Group that develops and operates data centers across the Middle East, Southeast Asia, and Europe. The company was established in 2021 and has announced expansions including a 20 MW campus in Bangkok, a 40 MW site in Madrid, and a joint venture in Greece with a 12.5 MW first phase at Spata. In 2025 it disclosed a $2.3 billion, 144 MW AI focused project in Jakarta and plans to enter the United States market with a large scale build program. In April 2025 it acquired Finland founded developer Hyperco to support growth in the Nordics.

Designed to Tier III standards, the carrier-neutral facility will initially provide 13,500 square meters (145,310 square feet) of space.

Located in the Greenland International Industrial Center (GIIC) in Bekasi, the DAMAC Digital Cikarang AI Data Center represents a landmark $2.3 billion investment in Indonesia’s digital future.

UAE data center firm Edgnex is building a data center in Jakarta, Indonesia. The facility is to be located along MT Haryono.

The facility, located in the Attica region, is part of a joint venture named Data In Scale (DIS), formed between Edgnex’s parent company, DAMAC, and the PPC Group, an electricity utility.

Edgnex, a UAE-based data center company, is building a new facility in Spain. The site, located in the Vicalvaro region, was purchased from ActivumSG, a European real estate private equity manager.

EDGNEX, the digital infrastructure arm of DAMAC Group, operates a data center campus in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The first building on this campus spans 17,720 sqm.

The Dammam facility spans 12,320 square meters over three floors and has earned Uptime Tier III design certification.

Crescendo Corporation, a Malaysian property developer, has sold 74,360 sqm (800,400 sq ft) of land in the Nusa Cemerlang Industrial Park to Data Cloud Innovation Sdn Bhd for RM120 million ($27.1m).

Hyperco Oy plans to build a data center complex on a 22.3-hectare site in Kittfall, Virkkala, Lohja, situated about 9 kilometers southwest of Lohja's city center.

Finnish data center development and operation specialist Hyperco Oy is currently building a major data center in Koria, Kouvola, in partnership with the main contractor YIT.

Hyperco, a Nordic data center firm, is eyeing a significant expansion with plans to construct a new campus in Espoo, Finland, a municipality adjacent to Helsinki.
