Crescendo Corporation Berhad (CCB) sold a 20.46-acre industrial plot in Johor to Digital Halo Pte Ltd for RM115.87 million ($24.6 million).

Digital Halo's first project occupies a 3.75-hectare (9.3-acre) plot in Cainta, a town in Rizal province near the eastern edge of Metro Manila. The first phase, which went online in 2023, involved renovating an existing industrial building to house server racks. The project will be developed in stages based on customer demand.
