maincubes is building its third data center in Frankfurt. The 27,000 sqm (290,600 sq ft) FRA03 will offer 7,500 sqm of white space across three floors and 6 data halls.
Maincubes has broken ground on its BER02 data center campus in Nauen, Brandenburg, west of Berlin. The project is a new multi-building campus on a 14-hectare (35–36-acre) site near Berliner Straße, with construction beginning in March 2026 following land acquisition and zoning approvals.
Maincubes opened its second Frankfurt data center in 2024. The FRA02 facility offers 4,700 sqm of IT white space.
Located in the Rhine-Main metropolitan area, south of Frankfurt in Dietzenbach, FRA04 will provide approximately 12,500 square meters (134,548 sq ft) of whitespace.
