Vietnam Internet Network Info Center (VNNIC)
The Vietnam Internet Network Information Center (VNNIC) is an agency under the Ministry of Information and Communications. It functions to manage and promote the use of Internet resources within Vietnam. This includes the establishment, management, and operation of critical national Internet infrastructure systems such as the national DNS system and the national Internet exchange point (VNIX).
