The multi-story facility is built on a 4,200 sqm site and offers 13,330 sqm of total space, including 12,720 sqm of lettable area. The property comes with a 70-year land lease that began October 1, 2020.

Mapletree 7337 Trade Street is a 499,402 square foot, five-story data center and office facility built in 1983 on 17 acres in San Diego's Miramar Industrial Park, and owned by Mapletree Redwood Data Centre Trust.

2000 Kubach Road, Philadelphia is a two-storey data center. The property is part of Byberry West Industrial Park, which is located in the northeast section of Philadelphia.

Mapletree Industrial Trust has acquired a 98.47 percent stake in a Tokyo mixed-use property through a JPY14.5 billion ($99.5 million) deal with Nagayama Tokutei Mokuteki Kaisha.

In 2017, Mapletree Industrial Trust acquired 14 data centers located across the United States from Sila Realty Trust, formerly known as Carter Validus Mission Critical REIT. This data center is part of the acquisition.

Mapletree Sunview 1 is a purpose-built data center completed on July 13, 2018. The six-story facility offers approximately 242,000 square feet of gross floor area and was developed as a build-to-suit (BTS) project.
